Refund Policy

PicQi does not offer refunds for Premiere subscriptions under any circumstances. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, first payments and renewals, partial or unused billing periods, forgotten cancellations, and accounts that are deleted or downgraded. All charges are final.

You can cancel whenever you like from the Pricing page (Manage billing). Your subscription stops renewing, and you keep Premiere until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.

The Free plan gives you 20 free picks every rolling 24 hours, so you can try PicQi before upgrading.

If you see a charge you don't recognize or think you were billed in error, email picqiai@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
