Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use PicQi. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. Please give accurate information and don't share your account.

The Free plan includes 20 free picks every rolling 24 hours. PicQi Premiere costs $5 per month or $40 per year (plus any applicable tax) and unlocks unlimited picks and Premiere features. We may change features or prices; price changes apply from your next billing period after notice.

• Premiere renews automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you choose, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the Pricing page (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Premiere until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, you keep Premiere during a 7-day grace period while payment is retried. After that, your account returns to Free.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. PicQi never stores your card number.

All Premiere payments are final and non-refundable. PicQi does not give refunds or credits for any subscription charge — including partial periods, unused time, renewals you forgot to cancel, or plan downgrades. See our Refund Policy.

When someone you invite subscribes to a paid Premiere plan, you earn a Ticket worth 30 days of Premiere. Tickets have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and may be withheld for fraud or abuse (for example, self-referrals).

Don't misuse PicQi: no scraping, automated access, getting around limits, hacking, harassment in groups, or illegal content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Recommendations, posters, covers, photos and details come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Reservation, delivery, streaming and podcast links take you to other companies' sites, which have their own terms. PicQi isn't responsible for those services.

PicQi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Recommendations are suggestions only. Check allergies, dietary needs, age ratings and restaurant details yourself.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PicQi won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PicQi in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that's greater.

You can stop using PicQi and delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account doesn't refund any charges already made. Cancel your subscription first if you don't want it to renew.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using PicQi after that, you accept the new terms. Questions? Email picqiai@gmail.com.
